Participation Forms:

A release of liability must be signed by all persons that enter Windhorse Ranch. 

Adults over the age of 17 must sign the ADULT Release of Liability Owner/Rider/Handler form. Click the following link to download an adult release form: Release of Liability Owner/Rider/Handler (Adults)

A separate release of liability must be signed by the parents of minors that enter Windhorse Ranch. Click the following link to download a release form for minors: Release of Liability Parent/Minor (Minors)        

In addition, any minor who participates in activities at the ranch when a parent or guardian is not present must have a signed Authorization to Obtain Medical Treatment on file: Authorization to Obtain Medical Treatment

Owners of horses boarded at Windhorse Ranch must sign a Boarding Agreement: Boarding Agreement
